The Breckenridge subdivision consists of two separate areas represented by a single homeowner association.
The Breckenridge Homeowners Association (BHA) is the central association in our community. It serves as the umbrella association, representing homeowners and villa owners, collecting annual dues of $480 from both the villa owners (BVOC) and homeowners (BHOC). These funds are crucial as they cover the maintenance of areas common to both the homeowners and villa owners. There are 75 residences: 45 houses and 30 villas represented by BHA. The Board of Trustees for BHA consists of 7 members and is a mix of homeowners and villa owners.
This committee covers 15 two-unit villas located on English Garden Ct. (plat 1). VOC provides full-service lawn care, snow removal, garbage collection, and other services. Each villa unit pays monthly dues of $190 to VOC in addition to the annual BHA dues.
Forty-five houses under this committee are located on North Bridge Way, South Bridge Way (plats 2 & 3), and Cottage Gate Ct (plat 4). The HOC has four common areas. Each house pays $255 annually to HOC to care for areas unique to the homeowners, in addition to the annual BHA dues.
